When you submit an inquiry, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, message, event details, and any information you voluntarily include. We use this information to respond, assess venue fit, and communicate about your request.
3. Local browser preferences
Fallows, cart contents, theme choice, and cookie consent are stored in your browser's localStorage. These values are not automatically transmitted to CabinGig. Clearing browser storage removes them.
4. Use and sharing
We use inquiry information for customer support, venue coordination, service improvement, and operational records. We do not sell personal information. We may share relevant details with a venue partner only when needed to respond to a request and when appropriate to the conversation.
5. Retention and security
We retain inquiry records only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices
